We are looking for a Project Controller, with expertise in General accounting, Project Accounting, Controllership, to join our team in Bucharest. You would be responsible for New Migrations and existing entities while supporting Regional CFO and our Danish team.
Your responsibilities
Perform month end activities i. e. Module close and financial reports.
Understand project accounting and reconcile project accounts
Must be able to handle and coordinate with the Business lines.
Ensure timely and accurate monthly Revenue and Order intake are reported.
To act as Back up for some of the critical activities during team members absence.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual operating budgets, forecasts, reporting and monthly variance analysis.
Provide analytical and operational support to the business units.
RCX – Internal control File preparation
Troubleshoot reporting issues and solve them with little guidance.
Develop or enhance reporting
What you bring
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and to work in a team.
Experience in working with Financial Shared Service is an advantage.
Good knowledge in MS Excel.
Experience in Oracle and Power BI is mandatory.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Ability to interact with colleagues/business partners at all levels with different cultures.
Foundational understanding of accounting, IRFS.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
