Our client is searching for a Project Coordinatorto join their business in
Romania.
Responsibilities:
The NOC Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all projects within the Network Operations Center, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and close projects related to network infrastructure, operations, and security, with the following focus on Project Manager/Partner/Vendor Mgmt or as Project Coordinator/Vendor Onboarding.
Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.

Integration workshop concept design and material preparation 6. Integration workshop moderation with outcome agreement on:

Operation process alignment and translation into technical requirements for the configuration of tools (Incident, Alarm Management, Change Management, Problem, and other ITIL processes required;
input for tool requirements and NOC integration, Evaluation and sounding of all necessary

Identify Operation process integration needs (Monitoring dashboards, partners' support for incidents, problems, changes, CMDB, support procedure alignments for milestones

Tracing of all open tasks of the involved parties as well as creation and tracking of relevant road maps
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and delays.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all
- related communications. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key decisions. Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and consensus among project team members.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure necessary resources, equipment, and services for project implementation. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with

Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and requirements. Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues and deficiencies.
Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively. Evaluate change requests, assess their impact on project objectives, and obtain approval from stakeholders before implementation.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and

- related activities, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure that documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders and archived for future reference.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Solicit feedback, address concerns, and escalate issues as needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and support for project objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Project management certification (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a network operations or IT environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
- functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and
- resolution skills.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering results on time and within budget.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies is a plus.
