The Accounts Payable Europe organization is in charge to provide professional services to the legal entities (800+) operated by the client affiliates across 31 countries. Scope of service includes the

- end AP process, invoice processing, issue and hold resolution, vendor query management and AP related reconciliation activities.
Responsibilities
• Key user role in migrations or system implementations, validate process documentations.
• Manage improvement projects driving measurable productivity.
• Provide teams with Lean & Quality training driving operational excellence.
• Support system implementation & upgrades from L&Q perspective.
• Support Workflow, ERP and other business application upgrades and implementation projects from L&Q perspective.
• Identify and drive process improvement projects, participate in execution of projects related to standardization, quality improvements, simplification or compliance.
• Support local AP project role outs.
• Contact person for business and internal stakeholders for any AP related issues; owns regular operation rhythm with the

• Communication with external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Business stakeholders on handling of exceptions, specific requirements and complex issues of invoice processing and payment.
• Support operational team with system & process expertise
• Provide technical guidance and share knowledge on processes and systems within the team in daily operations, train new joiners.
• Oversee process KPI’s and metrics, provide deep analysis with understanding of root causes.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Deep understanding of accounting practices in relation to Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• Ability to define and articulate underlying process gaps and resolve challenges, complex issues.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Flexible approach with a strong team spirit.
• Professional style when taking care of business clients.
• Compliance & controllership attitude.
• Operative lean thinking: ability to work on continuous improvements.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Cora).
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook.
