PROJECT MANAGEMENT ANALYST - IRT Helpdesk

The PMA is part of the Global Contact Centre. They support the Project Manager and Client to investigate technical issues and support the manual data change process on Interactive Response Technology (IRT) studies to help improve the efficient, quality and turnaround time of investigation and DCR requests.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent Req

• 2 years of related work experience Req Or

• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good problem solving / strong organizational skills

• Results and
- oriented approach to work delivery and output

• Ability to work under close direction

• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications

• Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and problem solve

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and client

• Ability to multi task across various different systems and solve client facing issues via calls and chats
