• Design and execute PSP onboarding plans with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Oversee the full onboarding process, including technical integrations, operational setup, testing, and
  - live execution.
• Build trusted relationships with key PSPs and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and a high level of engagement throughout the onboarding process.
• Identify and address integration challenges and adoption bottlenecks, collaborating with internal teams to drive solutions.
• Conduct
  - depth workflow consultations, training sessions, and best practice recommendations to help PSPs maximise automation and streamline their operations.
• Track onboarding progress, platform engagement, and key performance metrics to ensure
  - term retention.
• Continuously improve onboarding strategies, creating documentation, playbooks, and scalable frameworks.
• Conduct
  - depth due diligence and risk assessments for each new PSP using verification tools and databases to ensure they meet international compliance standards.
• Analyse the potential financial and reputational risk associated with onboarding new PSPs.
• Handle PSP inquiries during the
  - boarding process, providing clear and professional guidance.
• Provide explanations of the necessary steps, documentation required, and the reasons behind each compliance measure, ensuring a smooth and transparent PSP experience.
• Establish and maintain a robust data management system that ensures all PSP documentation is stored securely and can be accessed efficiently. Implement data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information against unauthorized access and data breaches.

• 2-4 years of experience in Onboarding, Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management.
• Proven experience in KYC or similar roles within payments services.
• Proven experience leading complex projects involving technical integrations, operational setup, and testing.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships across senior executive stakeholders and
  - level teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, define and meet timelines, and drive both internal and external alignment to achieve goals.
• Strategic thinker with
  - solving skills and the ability to align customer goals with Evermile’s solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to customer management and project execution.
• Adaptability and the ability to wear multiple hats, managing technical, operational, and
  - building tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic,
  - growth environment, navigating ambiguity and driving results.
• Experience with tools like Jira.
• Excellent command of the English language - written & spoken.
