We are looking for a proactive and
- oriented Publisher Manager. It's a
- time position, remote or at the office (Relocation to Cyprus or be ready for business trips to Cyprus).  

Responsibilities:

• Buy traffic from Publishers / Networks / Media agencies;
• Seeking new partnerships and developing existing partnerships;
• Negotiate the best options for buying inventory;
• Analysis and optimization of traffic quality, monitoring metrics;
• Attending industry events WW;
• Conduct market research to identify the
  - quality traffic sources;
• Managing budgets;
• Closely cooperating with the Adv team to resell the traffic;
• Working with internal teams: devs, designers.

Necessary skills:

• 2+ years experience in Affiliate marketing;
• Experienced in working with CPC/CPM/CPL/Rev
  Share types of offers;
• Excellent understanding of how to analyze traffic quality;
• high-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Already in possession of an extensive network in the dating vertical.
