We are seeking a proficient Senior QA Automation Engineer to oversee our testing processes. The successful candidate will design and execute tests that identify software issues prior to product launch. This role calls for excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding interpersonal aptitude, and a willingness to learn rapidly and enthusiastically. We appreciate individuals who can work productively and competently, both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities : Develop and execute tests to identify software issues before a product launch. Collaborate with stakeholders to report test results, contributing to the resolution of software bugs or problems. Understand software requirements and create appropriate test strategies. Conduct systems analysis to improve operations and propose changes in policies and procedures. Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues. Respond promptly and professionally to support requests and customer needs. Take ownership of complex technical issues and coordinate with
- functional teams as necessary. Document troubleshooting procedures and problem resolution steps. Provide training for Customer Support teams as needed. Required Experience : 5-8 years of experience in a QA engineer or related role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent discipline/experience. Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting. Strong knowledge of Java and Cucumber. Experience working with software QA methodologies and automated testing tools. Proficiency with Agile development environments and tools, such as Confluence, Jira, and Jenkins. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong team player with a creative,
- motivated, and positive attitude, capable of working independently and with
- functional teams to solve complex problems. Preferred Experience : Experience with
- based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services. Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams. Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Docker / Rancher / Kubernetes). Powered by Jazz
