S products, structured as independent business units. The company operates as a fully remote, distributed team with professionals across Europe.

Requirements

• Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing QA teams.

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of scripting languages (Type
  Script, Java
  Script).

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate potential issues and define effective QA strategies.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Agile & Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic Saa
  S setting.

• Saa
  S & Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with Saa
  S-specific challenges and cloud environments.

• System Architecture: Understanding of APIs, servers, authentication mechanisms, and microservices.

• Automation Testing: Hands-on experience in test automation, including frontend/web app testing techniques.

• Attention to UI/UX: Strong focus on
  - perfect execution and user experience.

• Certifications: One of the following certifications is required: CMST, CMSQ, CTAL-TM, CTEL-TM-MTT, CTEL-TM-OTM, CTEL-TM-SM.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 7+ years in Software QA.

  • 3+ years as a QA Lead, preferably in a Saa
    S company.

• Tools & Methodologies:

  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.

  • Strong knowledge of test case management tools (XRay, Test
    Rail).

  • Experience with automation tools (Playwright, Lighthouse, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Test
    NG, etc. ).

  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.

  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Testing Strategy & Implementation

• Define, establish, and document manual and automated QA processes.

• Research, develop, and implement test strategies suitable for a
  - paced Saa
  S environment.

• Gain a deep understanding of the product to proactively define testing policies.

• Oversee the testing team in creating, executing, and maintaining test plans and test cases.

• Supervise automated testing efforts to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with product and development teams to maintain
  - quality standards.

• Ensure key KPIs are met in application speed, stability, and security.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of manual and automation testers.

• Assign tasks, manage workload, and ensure timely test completion.

• Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and participate in hiring.

Automated Testing

• Oversee and champion test automation, working closely with automation testers.

• Integrate QA processes with CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensure
  - side performance testing is implemented and maintained.

• Monitor automated tests, analyze failures, and ensure bug fixes.

Manual Testing Oversight

• Direct manual testing efforts, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

• Ensure the team properly logs, tracks, and communicates defects.

• Foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary QA representative in
  - functional discussions.

• Provide regular updates on QA progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Participate in release decisions, offering insights from a quality perspective.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze metrics, feedback, and market trends to improve testing strategies.
