Position Description

You will make a great impact within QIAGEN by:

- Taking responsibility and accountability for managing the product development process and leading the engineering design, implementation, integration and documentation of new features.

- Designing and implementing
-
- use,
- performance,
- quality hosted enterprise applications

- Collaborating with peers in Product Management & Product Owners to deliver a clear strategic product & technology roadmap

- Supporting existing customers

- Supporting the development of your direct reports through coaching, development plans and open and honest feedback.

Position Requirements

Your
- how from professional perspective:

- 3+ years experience in people management

- 7+ years of
- on software development experience

- Strong technical expertise in Java

- Experience in: building large scalable systems, Agile & Scrum,
- on managing of team and projects, working with global teams

Your education, skills & competences:

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent

- Classwork in biology or related sciences is a plus

- Strong leading skills, situational adaptability, dealing with ambiguity

- Strong collaborative ability and communication skills,
- knowledge

- Action oriented, technical savvy, ensures accountability
