DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular quality audits and evaluations to maintain high standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about process updates and communicate changes as necessary.
- Join calibration sessions to ensure alignment on quality standards.
- Handle transactions to support smooth operational flow.
- Generate and distribute quality reports, dashboards, and track improvement trends.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience while ensuring compliance.
- Contribute to the achievement of both
- and
- term process goals. - Ensure consistent achievement of quality and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluent in German, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English (B2) fluency.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality analysis or similar role within a service environment.
- Strong listening, analytical, and
- solving skills. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively with others.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power
Point) at an intermediate level.
