Verify the correctness and assure the quality of the investment management software.

Having working knowledge of automation tools like – Web
Driver
IO (WDIO) using Java
Script/Type
Script;

Independently write and execute manual & automation test cases.

Report conclusions on the quality of the software being tested and provide input to Leads/ Management

Usage of Automated testing tools like Web
Driver
IO (Java
Script/Type
Script);

Having working knowledge of Protractor is an added advantage;

Understanding of CI/CD concepts with Jenkins/Git
Hub Actions;

Having skills of Designing Automation framework from scratch;

Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver;

High attention to detail with Ability to
- task and prioritize time effectively;

Good relationship skills, proven ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team;

4+ years of relevant testing (Manual +Automation) experience in the IT industry;

Exposure to Agile Scrum methodology;

Good Coding skills in WDIO (Web
Driver
IO) using Java
Script/Type
Script a MUST;

Strong GIT experience along with basic understanding of CI/CD concepts with Jenkins/Git Actions;

Knowledge on API automation testing & Good exposure in writing effective and meaningful Gherkins;

Ability to work within Agile development environment, with working knowledge of JIRA/ADO;

Proactive, Clear, precise, and logical
- solving approach;

Demonstrate very strong analytical skills with ability to understand functioning of large & complex applications;

Work closely with other QA analysts, developers and BAs on defect isolation, reporting, and resolution;

Managing requirements and delivering optimal solutions within the constraint of time;

Proficient in formulating product test strategies throughout the product release/sprint life cycle;

An effective communicator with polished interpersonal, problem solving and analytical abilities;

Good experience on framework setting up robust framework & best QA practices across various squads;

Collaborate, Create & execute functional & technical test scripts and share advice to the other team members, business stakeholders to identify effective ways of testing;

Perform standard checks, verify output with application experts and identify gaps in QA processes;

Mentor and Coach other team members in achieving high quality deliverable;

Drive Ops excellence culture and lead transformational project(s) with clear visible and measurable impact;

Responsible for driving initiatives and ensuring results with a confined focus on timelines and quality;

Drive employee measurement factors like KRAs, mentoring and Project SLAs Excellent interpersonal skills;

Excellent communications skills with working knowledge of agile practices (scrum);

Adaptability to learn new skills & working knowledge of PODs and SQUAD model;

Self-driven, highly motivated, ready to work in high pressure situations;
