Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 4-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer in the construction sector, ideally in railway or road construction.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Auto
  CAD, and other cost estimation software tools.
• Good command of the English language.

Webuild is a construction company specializing in infrastructure projects. With a strong focus on delivering
- quality projects on time and within budget, we are committed to excellence, particularly in the railway construction sector. To support our activities and optimize the Contract Department, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities:

• Calculating quantities needed for preparing the Interim Situation of works.
• Assessing and requesting payments from the client: measuring and evaluating completed work
  - site, preparing provisional valuations, and submitting payment requests to the client.
• Managing changes: evaluating and managing any variations or modifications within the project, providing timely evaluations for client claims.
• Contract administration: overseeing contract management, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and that any disputes are resolved efficiently and promptly.
• Preparing the final account: drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the project accounts and the financial closure of the project.
• Reporting: conducting
  - revenue analyses and forecasts for project managers and other stakeholders.
• Preparing monthly progress reports.
