Sales Support: Provide essential support to Steelcase sales and dealers across EMEA by quickly responding to requests and offering alternative solutions to

- catalogue products.

Customization Coordination : Work with partners and brands to determine feasibility, pricing, and specifications for customized products.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing and other various teams to ensure we meet customer needs and win bids.

Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with Sales, dealers, and customers through effective communication and trust.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Fluent in English and French

Strong communication and organizational skills

Technical affinity and attention to detail

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

Familiarity with reading floor plans or engineering drawings

Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook 365

Knowledge of SAP, P-Con, or similar tools

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
