Quote & Profitability Administrator

We are now looking for a Quote & Profitability Administrator to join our team in Cluj, Romania .
The Quotes Profitability Administrator will be supporting the Quotes Profitability Manager in driving important Sales Operations programs and initiatives, specifically in the quote’s profitability tools and processes area.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports the EMEA discounting process in terms of approval rules, validation and harmonization, tools, users and reporting related KPIs
- Provides detailed analysis to leadership on key top projects profitability and profitability simulations
- Provides guidance and support on best profitability management of quotes by line of business, vertical segment, sales reps, and countries to ensure the right profitability decisions are taken by leadership, providing analysis and reports to support the decision making as directed by the quote’s profitability manager
- Updates the production costs where they are missing to ensure the process is not put on hold
- Works closely with IT and LOBs to constantly improve the current discounting process and tools, testing new features, monitoring efficiency and proposing corrective actions
- Supports the various Sales Operations initiatives as coordinated by the Quotes Profitability Manager
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Excel proficiency (pivots, formulas) and Power
Point proficiency - Full English proficiency
- At least 2 years in sales operations analysis or similar position in a large technology company
- Strong analytical skills with a zeal for accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- The candidate should understand the basic sales process and be familiar with the CRM functionalities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable to work in a matrix style of management
- Able to work in a complex, international environment
- Is comfortable in doing repetitive tasks
- Proactive, results oriented and a team player
- Very good verbal and written communications skills – able to present thoughts and clarify issues clearly and concisely to the senior audience.
