Receivables Management - Limited (1 year)
Job Description
- Collection and dispute management;
- Allocation of deviations to GB and clarification of deviations;
- Issue of credit/debit note for external customers;
- Invoices special revenue (including tooling, application and calibration costs, logistics);
- Processes warranty claim credit notes;
- Tracks and monitors sales targets and measurement of sales performance;
- Analyses credit worthiness;
- Calculates and Monitors credit responsibility for
- GB customers (including decision for advance payment or delivery stop); - Supports
- divisional receivables topics; - Supports creation and maintenance of customer master data;
- Supports general/non project specific customer requirements (e. g. logistics).
- Coordinates access and manages customer portals for Bosch users;
- Customer price entry maintenance;
- Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company; Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
Qualifications
- Language: English and/ or another language is an advantage;
- Previous work experience in commercial/receivables environment;
- Interested to work in: SAP (SD and FI module), MS Office (Excel) package;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Experience in working in/with an international team;
- Interested in offering support for sales/commercial activities;
- Reliable and efficient;
- Willing to travel (1-2 weeks/quarter).
