A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with Local Payroll Providers: Work with local payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll actuals and accruals, while resolving queries promptly through HR Shared Services (HRSS).
- Payroll Balance Sheet Management: Prepare and review payroll balance sheet accounts within deadlines. Reconcile payroll Profit & Loss (P&L), PAYE (Pay As You Earn) and local tax returns.
- Management Reporting and Query Resolution: Issue management reports to local market finance and cost center contacts, and follow up on queries.
- Pension Balances Allocation: Prepare the allocation of pension balances based on based on provided data.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Control Issues: Maintain accounting records through monthly balance sheet reconciliation and participate in Quality Reconciliation Review to minimize control issues.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- An University degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and preferably payroll.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and preferably SAP knowledge.
- Expertise in the Record to Report function, including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools.
