Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify and recruit top talent for specific roles within the organization.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to find, engage, and attract
- quality candidates. - Build and nurture a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research, networking, and ongoing relationship building.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies and search firms when outsourcing recruitment efforts is required.
- Represent the company as an ambassador, enhancing its image with candidates and external stakeholders.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, managing the candidate experience, and negotiating offers.
- Regularly meet with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and monitor candidate pipeline progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights into the competitive talent market.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent proficiency in Turkish and English (C1 level), both spoken and written.
- Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated experience in recruitment, with a strong record of success in
- volume or
- paced environments. - Sourcing and Assessment: Skilled in candidate sourcing and evaluation, with proven talent generation capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in internet research and experienced with Linked
In Recruiter. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Jobvite, is advantageous. - Industry Experience: Previous experience within a
- driven organization is a bonus.
