What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

Set & attend client meetings with the responsible sales director

Close sales in new and existing accounts (revenue targeted key performance indicators)

Support campaign design & execution

Manage the agendas /collateral preparation ahead of the meeting; meeting notes/follow-up actions

Proposal management/contract preparation

Own tactical engagements & accounts defined by the sales manager

Account mining (tactical opportunity)/ innovation & continuous improvement recommendations

Conduct market research to build a list of potential prospects and target them to generate new leads and opportunities.

Assist the Client Directors in leading new customer calls, particularly in the introductory stage, and provide proactive support to ensure the successful acquisition of new customers.

Collaborate with
- functional teams such as sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and approach.

Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for improvements to the sales process.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a
- paced, dynamic environment.

What we’re looking for:

3-6 years’ experience in a sales function and in selling to clients

Experience in compiling professional emails, pitches, and presentations

Systems knowledge to include experience of Windows-based packages

Proposal management / contract preparation experience

Knowledge and understanding of the company's product/service offerings and be able to effectively communicate them to new customers.

Ability to take ownership for tactical engagements & accounts defined by the sales manager

Professional client facing skills

Excellent communication skills

Proactive selling abilities

Proven track record of successful revenue generation

Attention to detail and excellent written communication skills

English level: Advanced
