• Track and manage job progress, ensuring smooth communication between clients and trades teams.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and organize project documentation.
• Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Support the team in achieving monthly targets with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
• Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
