Remote Slovenian-Speaking Customer Care Specialist (Consumer Electronics)
Starting Date: January 20, 2025
Work Model: Fully Remote (Romania-based with potential to work temporarily from Slovenia after 6 months)
We are seeking Slovenian speakers for the role of Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic and growing project in Romania. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide
- tier customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and troubleshooting processes.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain updated records. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Slovenian (C1 level or above).
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level) for internal communication and training.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
