- Administrative tasks
- Track order acknowledgement for the purchase orders (non-production materials and services)
- Manage requests for quotations from the clients
- Manage the communication with the suppliers as well as with the clients via
- mail & telephone
- Enter delivery confirmation information in the system
- Manage quotations proposals for the clients
- Negotiation with suppliers (non-production materials and services)

Requirements

- Advanced level of French, both written and spoken (mandatory). Intermediate level of English
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP will be highly appreciated
- Computer literacy: MS Office, Internet, Emails
- Procurement or purchasing experience would be appreciated
- Communicative, active, rigorous personality
- Customer and results oriented
