P Excellence Lead to join our team in Bucharest, Romania!

The Rf
P Excellence Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the
-
- end Request for Proposal (Rf
P) process. This role ensures that all Rf
P activities align with the company’s strategic sales and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will lead the Rf
P function, driving process efficiency, improving win rates, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver
- quality proposals that enhance the company’s competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Sales Excellence and oversee the
  -
  - end Rf
  P process, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales and business objectives.
• Lead the Rf
  P Excellence function, driving efficient and effective processes for scouting,
  - qualification, and opportunity assignment to sales.
• Manage
  - functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure timely, competitive proposals.
• Establish and maintain best practices for Rf
  P submissions, including templates, compliance checklists, and submission timelines.
• Analyze past Rf
  Ps to identify trends, improve win rates, and provide strategic recommendations for future submissions.
• Assess and qualify Rf
  Ps based on strategic fit and resource allocation.
• Assign opportunity owners to specific Rf
  Ps (e. g. , Sales, Product, Compliance) based on expertise and capacity.
• Optimize Rf
  P processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide strategic input on pricing, deal structures, and risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field; certifications in project management (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• 5-8+ years in Rf
  P management, proposal writing, or a similar role in i
  Gaming or B2B environments.
• Familiarity with industry dynamics, client requirements, and regulatory environments relevant to i
  Gaming.
• Deep understanding of Rf
  P processes, including compliance, proposal writing, and competitive positioning.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex,
  - stakeholder Rf
  Ps.
• Expertise in ensuring compliance with Rf
  P requirements and delivering
  - quality submissions.
• Strong ability to coordinate across departments and align stakeholders for successful Rf
  P responses.
• Proven ability to lead a team or coordinate
  - functional stakeholders for Rf
  P success.
• Proficient in using analytics to evaluate Rf
  P trends and improve win rates
