What you will be doing:
Think of ethics, integrity, quality and much more. You will focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help protect Pw
C’s brand and reputation and manage Pw
C’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk. Our R&Q Team identifies and assists internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks. As part of the team, you’ll provide advice to business teams within Pw
C on sound contract provisions, standards and approaches in accordance with Pw
C policies, principles and standards.
This rolewill provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to:
exercise an inquisitive mind by learning about and applying current areas of law and regulation and assist developing internal policies and guidance to comply with these (e. g. around Anti-Money Laundering, etc. )
assist Pw
C firms fulfill their regulatory and network responsibilities by managing various R&Q processes and activities, including establishing and maintaining a detailed training and testing programme
being a trusted advisor to business partners, colleagues and support teams by providing pragmatic advice and solutions to their risk and quality related queries, concerns
have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, mentally stimulating, dynamic environment where no two days are the same and

Your responsibilities will include:
offering support to client facing teams in responding to

- day queries in respect of all areas of risk management, including support with reviews of engagement contracts and other documents
dealing with a diverse range of risk related matters, including audit independence issues, potential conflict of interest situations, technology related system solutions, process optimisation
assisting in the preparation of various reports and presentations for the management
proactively monitoring risks and developing / implementing risk mitigation strategies / procedures; support the identification, analysis and prioritization of risks and internal control activities, perform testing and delivering training programme
What you need:
University degree in law, in management or in economics is an advantage
Experience in a similar position is welcomed
Intellectual capacity to make decisions with strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
Good communication skills in English, oral and written, with the ability to draft and deliver clear messages to partners and senior staff and with presentation skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently and adaptable to dynamic and changing priorities
A conscientious, ambitious team player, with good
- management skills and an ability to take initiative, share knowledge and collaborate effectively
An understanding of technological offerings is an advantage.
