The Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide expert services in managing risk and quality for rollout projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk and quality management focusing in Quality Gate reports for each rollout phase.

Extensive project management experience required.

Description:

• Project start & project end: ASAP for 12 months
• Project country & location: Romania
• Project language: English, German is a plus
• Share of remote work in %: 100%

Most important/mandatory skills and experience:

• Identify, analyze, prioritize, and mitigate risks and deviations in the rollout process.
• Ensure adherence to industrialized rollout standards, reducing discrepancies.
• Conduct daily inspections to maintain quality standards and ensure consistency.
• Prepare and present Quality Gate (QG) reports for each rollout phase.
• Share weekly/monthly QG reports with the Deploy team and PISA/P2O Management.
• Highlight and address recurring deviations and defects within the team.
• Support Risk and Change management processes.

Main task/activity

• Analyze and identify risks impacting Go-Live projects.
• Provide consulting and advisory services for existing rollout processes.
• Ensure deficiencies are recorded and resolved, driving improvements.
• Lead Lessons Learned sessions with the Deploy Team.
• Define rollout challenges and risk management strategies with stakeholders.
• Implement Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) measures as needed.

Other tasks and activities:

• Ensure proper documentation of project artifacts upon completion.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 5 years experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You have working knowledge of Risk Manager, Quality Manager, rollout manager and Project Manager
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
