RINA is currently recruiting for a Romania Industrial Inspections Business Support Advisor  to join its office in Bucharest within the Certification Europe Region Division.

Mission

A Business Support Advisor has a focus on managing administrative tasks, including the creation of customers in a database, managing offers, handling contracts, and issuing invoices. This role ensures that administrative processes are managed efficiently and accurately.

Key Accountabilities

1. Customer Data Management:

- Create and maintain accurate customer records in the database.

- Ensure that customer information is

- Handle customer inquiries related to account information and updates.

2. Contract Management:

- Support senior colleagues to ensure that contracts adhere to company guidelines and policies.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for the contracts.

- Maintain communication with both internal teams and customers to clarify any
- related details or address concerns.

3. Invoicing Process:

- Utilize the RINA invoicing system to create accurate and timely invoices based on the terms outlined in the contracts.

- Verify that the billing information aligns with the terms of the contract and resolve any discrepancies.

- Ensure that invoices are sent to customers promptly through the preferred communication channels.

4. Customer Support:

- Respond to customer basic inquiries related to contracts, invoices, and billing processes.

- Resolve any basic issues or discrepancies related to contracts and invoices in a timely and professional manner.

Record Keeping:

- Keep detailed and organized records of all contracts, invoices, and related correspondence.

- Regularly update and maintain information in the company's database or customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications

-At least 1 year of experience in customer service or business support is required. This may include a minimum number of years in a business support role, with a preference for experience in a senior or advisory capacity.

- In-depth knowledge of business support processes, best practices, and business units standards. The senior advisor should have a comprehensive understanding of how to deliver exceptional business support.

-The advisors should be willing to learn about the offerings to effectively assist commercial teams, operations and customers.

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant technology tools. This includes the ability to navigate systems efficiently and provide technical support to customers if necessary.

-Good English level both in speaking and writing, as well as good communication skills
