We are seeking a Romanian-Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Sofia! What You’ll Do:
- Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide assistance with product details, orders, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer concerns and strive to meet satisfaction targets.
- Update customer accounts and work closely with team members.
Who You Are:
- Native Romanian speaker with C1 English skills.
- No previous experience required, though it is beneficial.
- Ready to relocate to Sofia and begin work immediately.
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid residence card.
