Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Offer product assistance, resolve technical issues, and process orders.
- Manage customer complaints with empathy, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Keep customer profiles updated and collaborate with internal departments.
What We're Looking For:
- Native Romanian speaker with C1-level English.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and start immediately.
- EU citizenship or a valid residence card is essential.
