Daily Tasks:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product information, assist with orders, and resolve technical issues.
• Address complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams and update customer records.

Requirements:

• Native Romanian speaker with C1 English.
• Experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Willing to relocate to Sofia and can start ASAP.
• EU citizenship or valid residence card.
