YOUR ROLE - WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU 

You have an agile mindset and are happy to take on methodological responsibility for the development of challenging (IT) products in the SAFe framework? Do you also enjoy working at the interface between the specialist departments and development?

In the SAFe environment, you will take on a central role and coordinate challenging products in a scaled environment within a wide range of industries as the enabler of your team. You will work in interdisciplinary project teams and help to meet user needs through effective value streams.  
 
 In detail, you will take on the following tasks: 

• You are responsible for stakeholder and expectation management.  
• You promote and support the agile transformation in the organization by introducing SAFe principles and practices for your team and in the periphery 
• You also ensure the sustainability of the measures you introduce 
• Coordinate and participate in Agile Release Train (ART) events to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the organization 
• You take care of the quality of requirements elicitation and backlog maintenance 
• Ensure the effectiveness of the ceremonies your team is involved in 
• You advise agile teams on the continuous improvement of their working methods 
• You promote
  - organization  
• You empower your team to solve challenges & obstacles on their own responsibility 
• You organize and conduct workshops and agile coaching sessions independently.  
• Depending on the situation, you have the experience to actively support as a team coach, product owner or agile coach.  

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 

• Empathy is your key characteristic.  You show authentic understanding and interest in the beliefs and feelings of team members 
• You are able to navigate conflicts and find constructive solutions at both an operational and coordinating level 
• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree.  
• You have good knowledge of the application of software development process models in agile projects 
• You understand the fundamental principles of agility, Scrum and SAFe 
• You can critically scrutinize these principles and guarantee them through situationally appropriate methods 
• You are able to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the workflow.  
• Strong communication skills are crucial. You must be able to interact with different stakeholders.  
•  You have already led trainings and workshops 
• Your German language skills are very good, both written and spoken.  
• Project-related willingness to travel to Germany is not a problem for you.

About Adesso Romania
adesso is providing IT delivery, consultancy and software solutions with international teams. The new subsidiary, adesso Romania, is based in Bucharest. It is to begin supporting adesso’s international delivery network (www.adesso-smartshore.com) in staffing and logistical terms effective immediately.

Around 600 of the more than 10, 000 employees in the adesso Group already work for customers in Europe at adesso’s Smart
