Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in residential and commercial real estate sectors, including apartments, office spaces, and retail properties.
- Design tailored marketing campaigns to increase property visibility across multiple platforms, targeting both local and international clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities in residential and commercial spaces.
- Manage property portfolios, ensuring competitive pricing and high occupancy rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients to expand the company's market presence.
- Oversee property sales and lease negotiations for both residential and commercial clients.
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing for residential and commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in Hebrew is highly desirable, alongside English and Romanian.
- Deep understanding of the Bucharest real estate market, including residential neighborhoods and commercial hotspots.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, property management software, and CRM systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
