Sales Analyst will contribute to implementing sales strategies through market research, collaboration with account managers, and supporting the team in driving sales targets across designated channels.
Role description:
• Assist the Sales team by filling out and updating customer listing sheets with accuracy and efficiency to ensure data integrity;
• Extract, prepare, and present sales reports based on business needs, offering insights that help drive sales strategies and
- making;
• Conduct data analysis to support sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking;
• Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, report generation, and other relevant workflows to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred;
• 6 – 12 months of experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or a similar role is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions). Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Romanian.
