Sales Client Manager

Your Role:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets, identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned client database or a specific industry/sector.
- Managing the client portfolio by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how technology can optimize their business processes and operations and drive growth.
- Lead presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients, effectively articulating the value proposition and ROI; lead commercial and business offers preparation, managing RFI, RFP, RFQ processes.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while protecting the interests of Capgemini.
- Collaborate internally with delivery teams, ensuring that services and solutions are delivered as per client expectation and contractual agreement, keeping accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
Your Profile
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management roles, within a consulting and/or IT
- related services business. - Experience in selling various
- tier technologies and solutions (e. g. , SAP, Salesforce, Service
Now, Oracle) with a strong understanding of new business and IT trends, with the ability to drive sales plans. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to develop ideas into exciting presentations and the ability to effectively engage with clients at top management level.
- Strong analytical and
- solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Experience in sales within Manufacturing, Engineering, or Utilities sectors is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the country, is a plus.
