Sales Development Specialist - IT Services
Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Specialist to focus on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth for Better
QA, activating in IT services field. This role emphasizes B2B sales, lead generation, and deal closing. Candidates can choose between two compensation models based on their preferences and goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting

In outreach to generate qualified leads. - Research target industries and clients to identify potential sales opportunities.

- Engage with prospects, presenting tailored solutions aligned with Better
QAs offerings. - Convert leads into paying clients by closing deals effectively.
- Negotiate contracts to meet both client needs and company objectives.

- Leverage Pangea and Will
Dom platforms to identify and secure relevant projects.

- Collaboration and Follow-Through
- Partner with marketing to align on campaigns and sales materials.
- Work with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
- Market Research and Reporting
- Track market trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM tools and provide regular updates on sales performance.
- Reports To: Managing Director
Requirements
- Experience: Proven success in sales, preferably in IT services, Saa
S, or consulting. - Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English-mandatory, Romanian-a big plus).
- Expertise in cold outreach and client engagement.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Mindset: Results-driven, resilient, and eager to succeed.
Compensation Options
- Monthly compensation of 2000 to 3000 USD gross.
- Eligible for performance-based commissions once minimum level targets are met.
- Options: Freelance (PFA/B2B) or Full-Time Employment (CIM)
Commission Structure
- Commissions will be paid as a percentage of the profit margin generated after meeting
- upon sales targets. - Example: 10% of profit margin for contracts closed beyond the monthly revenue target.
