Manage existing clients portfolio for Medical solutions Team Coach, advise and work closely with the implementation, product, postimplementation & support teams; Maintain an excellent level of knowledge within the allocated industries – functional processes and best practices. Market Insights and Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategy. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with product launches and promotional campaigns. Build and promote strong,
- lasting customer relationships by spending time close to them, understanding their needs and identifying business opportunities; Sales Process Optimization: Implement effective sales processes, including CRM management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting. - implementation cycle for the allocated accounts; Qualifications: With a minimum of 5 years of experience, an ideal Sales Manager specializing in Medical solutions should possess the following skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the medical or healthcare solutions industry. Strong knowledge of medical devices, healthcare IT solutions, or related medical technologies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
