Sales Manager
Job Description
Position Overview: To lead our sales representatives and manage key accounts. This role is integral in driving sales growth, ensuring our products remain the preferred choice for healthcare professionals, and fostering strong relationships with our key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and address challenges.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Key Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong engagement &relationships with key
- makers within assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our product's presence within these accounts.
- Address any challenges or concerns that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Skillfully negotiate and close contracts, optimizing company profits while meeting customer needs. Align sales goals with customer expectations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the internal team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
Data Analysis:
- Regularly report on team and individual performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
Digital Strategy Integration:
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online campaigns targeting.
