Experience in managing sales processes for ERP platforms or similar software systems, along with involvement in bidding, execution, and reporting processes, will make you an ideal fit for the role! Some of your responsibilities would be: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our Saa
S solutions. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning our Saa
S solutions as the best fit. Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations to showcase the value and benefits of our Saa
S offerings. Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Stay updated about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings to refine sales approaches. Coach, advise and work closely with the implementation, product, postimplementation & support teams. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide accurate forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, an ideal Sales Manager specializing in software or technology sales. should possess the following skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Solid knowledge of Saa
S metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, MRR) Proven experience (3+ years) in Saa
S sales or
- based solutions. Knowledge of the IT/Saa
S market and industry trends Strong understanding of Saa
S business models,
- based pricing, and customer acquisition strategies. Results-oriented mindset – focus on achieving KPIs and optimizing sales processes. Expertise in negotiating and closing complex commercial deals Analytical thinking and data orientation – the ability to interpret reports and adjust strategies. Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences. Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics. Collaborative team player, working effectively with
