We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join and support our Sales team in Romania!

The role will carry out all necessary activities to provide support for the tasks performed by both direct and indirect sales teams, such as correct management of commercial discounts, the sales team's performance program, and the execution of promotional activities.

In this role, you will be sure to understand the structure of the sales team at Mars Romania, accurately capture information related to the team and its activities. Comprehend the company's model for product distribution in the market in order to appropriately gather information regarding the volume/value of products sold.
