We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join and support our Sales team in Romania!

The role will carry out all necessary activities to provide support for the tasks performed by both direct and indirect sales teams, such as correct management of commercial discounts, the sales team's performance program, and the execution of promotional activities.

In this role, you will be sure to understand the structure of the sales team at Mars Romania, accurately capture information related to the team and its activities. Comprehend the company's model for product distribution in the market in order to appropriately gather information regarding the volume/value of products sold.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Ensures the collection and processing of primary data necessary for calculating commercial discounts

Provides support in the development and communication of certain reports needed for the sales team’s daily needs of data access

Is responsible for organizing and carrying out the necessary activities for the optimal functioning of systems/tools, as well as implementing new functionalities for these systems

Ensures the collection of relevant data from the sales team and accurately records it in the databases

Ensures proper management of the sales team's performance KPIs program through data collection, process clarification, and performance indicator calculations

Prepares a set of reports agreed upon with Sales Managers to monitor the performance of these teams by calculating specific performance indicators

Develops and analyzes
- hoc sales reports as requested

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business, preferably in Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Relations

Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management

Solid understanding of logistics and procurement processes is an advantage

Experience with SAP and Power BI

Skills in prioritizing activities

Ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently, with strong analytical thinking

Advanced in English - both written & spoken
