They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet and Insur
Tech.
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical solutions for a variety of clients implementing marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
While you may already have experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, this role is also a great fit if you have worked in developer roles that required similar technical skills - such as data modelling, Java
Script, SQL, API integrations, HTML, CSS, SSJS, Liquid (or other templating and personalization languages) - and are eager to apply them in the marketing automation space.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on

Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and optimize complex audience segmentation queries for targeted campaigns.
- Create, enhance, and maintain dynamic personalization features for Email, SMS, Push notifications, Landing pages.
- Design and implement automation workflows to optimize data flows and customer journeys
- Use APIs and data connectors to ensure scalable seamless communication between the marketing platform and external systems (eg. CRM, CDP, Data Warehouses, Analytics).
- Collaborate with stakeholders (marketers, business analysts, and solution architects) to understand requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical solution design discussions to provide recommendations on best practices, scalability, and efficiency.
- Ensure
- quality code through testing, debugging, and peer reviews before production. - Create and maintain technical documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, new features, and industry trends to optimize usage.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or 3+ years of experience with different roles or marketing automation platforms ensuring the following skills.
- Solid data modelling & SQL knowledge for data querying, segmentation and transformation.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate marketing platforms with external systems.
- Experience with Java
Script and Server-Side Java
Script (SSJS) for scripting and automations. - HTML, CSS, AMPscript (or other personalization language) experience for content development and personalization. AMPscript can also be easily learned on the job.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Email Specialist, or similar.
- Exposure to Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Git and other software development methodologies.

- Eagerness to continuously learn and deepen technical skills, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Comfortable interacting with both technical and
