For our client in Bucharest, we are looking for a SAP FICO + RE-FX Expert.

Since 1993, they have used their software engineering expertise to become a leading global provider of digital engineering, cloud and AI-enabled transformation services, as well as a leading business and experience consulting partner for global enterprises and ambitious startups.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with the customer to gather the relevant requirements.
- Analyse business requirements to envision solution design in advance.
- Analysis of business requirements and translation from features into backlog items for the agile team.
- Analyse variables (quantitative and qualitative data) to draw up business cases for business stakeholders on initiatives to drive business results and/or improve effectiveness of all stakeholders from a technology and/or data perspective.
- Participate in Business Workshops and perform Fit-to-Standard Analysis.
- Configure and customize solutions according to specific customer business/industry area requirements.
- Be responsible for project documentation preparation, including training and education materials for business application users.
What You Have:
- SAP FICO Expert – Finance, HR and Business Support.
- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven knowledge of information analysis and information management area of expertise.
- Knowledge and experience with process management in FMCG.
- Relevant experience with Agile and release management in a complex (multi-vendor) environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- FI, RE technical expert (GL, AA, AR, AA, BA, FX-RE)
- Very good understanding of financial related business processes.
- Ability to provide suggestions to business problems and design innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Participation in at least 4 full (at least 2 of them from scratch) FI project cycle implementations.
A plus:
- CO expertise.
- Experience in a Retail environment.
- Agile methodology.
