SAP Master Data Specialist
Job Description
Main objective of the job:
- As SAP Master Data Specialist you are responsible for the quality of Bosch-wide Customer Master Data to ensure a successful migration from SAP R3 to SAP S/4HANA.
Main attributions and responsibilities:
- Perform Master Data Maintenance and Cleansing based on central approach and concept according to global SAP S/4 rollout roadmap;
- Ensure high data quality standards (set-up and improvements) by following the rules and regulations documented in procedures;
- Creating and updating of procedures or instructions when necessary;
- Using Analytics and IT-Tools (e. g. Power
BI, Rossum) to increase efficiency and quality of daily work; - Coordination with internal Partner and Stakeholders (Master Data Owner, Project Leads, Managers);
- Supporting Master Data Owner and S/4 project managers as specialist for cleansing process;
- Fulfilling the requirements of business partners and stakeholders in terms of time, scope and quality;
- Continuous monitoring and evaluation of project status and progress;
- Performing any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
- Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
- Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
Qualifications
Studies:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Business-) informatics or similar
- High school Diploma
Knowledge and Skills:
- Language: Romanian, English;
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Master Data);
- Advanced knowledge in SAP R3 and/or S4/HANA (transactions, data model, business processes);
- Ability to use Excel, Power
BI and similar tools; - Analytical skills and logical thinking;
- Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility;
- Driven by achieving targets and goals;
- Working under pressure;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Adaptability and flexibility;
- Customer focus;
- Team Player.
