SAP Support
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES
Provides primary support in the exploitation of applications / modules of locally available SAP information systems or applications related to SAP systems used in the Industrial Division of Zentiva Group in Romania.
Training and support for local users:
Provides support to internal users by:
Diagnosing problems with the exploitation of the SAP computer system or other IT applications, having discussions with users;
Report and resolve incidents in cooperation with support departments;
Provides technical support on problems arising in the operation of the information system (SAP);
Trains internal users and elaborates manuals specific to the modules served;
Requests the intervention of the Network Manager, if the problem for which it has to provide support exceeds its area of competence / authority;
Prepares training certificates and user authorization requests on the IT modules it manages.
Information systems risk assessment and implementation of risk mitigation measures:
Use the methodology recommended by the group in the risk assessment;
Follows the implementation of the action plan in order to decrease the degree of risk associated with information systems.
Validation:
Provides the necessary support and assistance to users who will perform validation tests;
Participates in the validation of computer systems for which it provides support;
Checks the developed scenarios of local processes, to be tested for validation.
Testing and documentation:
Tests the new functionalities created in the configuration or deveopment stage of the information system;
Document newly created functionalities in SAP so that they are easily understood by users.
Profile:
Studies: Specialized higher education with IT specifics
Experience and knowledge: experience in supporting information systems, knowledge of business flows that are supported by these information systems
Competences and skills: understanding the technologies used, understanding the architecture of the information systems used, good communication and understanding of user requirements, proactivity, focus on obtaining the desired results, adaptability
