About the Role

We are looking for a Scrum Master whose main responsibility is to ensure that development teams follow Scrum framework values and agile practices.  

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Agile methodology and scrum practices for our team.
• Drive the Scrum processes and ceremonies: coordinate daily standups, refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.  
• Coach team in Agile and Scrum methodology.
• Work closely with the product owner and development team to prioritize and manage work through the sprints.
• Proactively support the development team in solving impediments, blockers.
• Work with product owner and other stakeholders to report project status and provide feedback to the team.
• Manage project via Jira and reports consistently on team velocity while resolving any impediments.
• Assist in release planning and overall product roadmap definition.

What will drive your success?

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Experience and
  - depth understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as backlog refinement, definition of done, user stories etc. ).
• Familiarity with software development and project lifecycle.  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Servant leadership skills.  
• Ability to identify and solve problems by adopting existing procedures, techniques and methods.
• Experience in Mobile team is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
• Exposure to the Fin
  Tech industry is a plus.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field is an advantage, but not mandatory
