About the business area

The Chief Security Office (CSO) comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for Deutsche Bank. Our team is implementing solutions to enable Cyber Hygiene processes. To do so, our team is introducing new technologies and changes in existing platforms.

About the role

Deutsche Bank is looking for a project manager for CSO compliance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible of the coordination with relevant DB engineering teams, application teams, various controls teams, etc. to manage all applications within CSO against relevant security compliance targets. This includes managing and remediating current technical controls as well as introducing new tools and processes to remediate controls as they come into scope. The ideal candidate has worked before in a Cyber Security technical role related to vulnerability management or background on security operation roles, ideally in vulnerability management. The ideal candidate is also expected to have project management exposure, governance and compliance DB standards, experience with new software introduction.

You will work in close cooperation with CSO leadership to define the project timelines and delivery models on an ongoing basis to manage and remediate various open controls and technical project deliverables included in the Bo
W. On a regular basis, you will be engaging with globally located teams to define and track relevant implementations and with operations teams to understand their needs and expectations.

The candidate must possess excellent communication and organization skills to be able to manage multiple projects and initiatives with various deadlines on a

- day basis. This role requires proactiveness, as well as the ability to work analytically, autonomously, and responsibly at all times.

Responsibilities - General

Drive engagement with other teams and security platforms to ensure delivery times are met

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, ensure that the milestones are delivered
- time, within scope and within budget

Facilitate and/or gather inputs and requirements

Manage compliance and governance for the platforms on our scope to ensure alignment to bank's internal processes

Contribute to project reporting and staffing decisions

Execute reporting for your function

Responsibilities – Specific

Coordinate OSS Vulnerabilities Control for CSO Apps: Representative of CSO division for all of the Central Team meetings.

CH TOM: Ensure CSO app teams have path to green to remediate CH vuln.

Escalated Controls: Engage with control owner and applicable app teams for any escalated controls. Ensure proper project planning and timeline for remediation, act as SPOC and provide relevant updates / risks / escalations to management.

New Controls: Participate in ITAO Council meetings to identify any new controls which may apply to COS apps and ensure understanding and proper communication to relevant

Requirements

The successful candidate is likely to hold a degree in IT, natural sciences or technology from a state-recognized university; you may also be a similarly qualified.

Candidates with experience in vulnerability management and enterprise vulnerability assessment are ideal. Security project management knowledge is also an advantage.

Previous experience in PMO / technical project management lifecycle from conception to delivery.
