Context/ ROLE

Under the management of IT Security operation leader, the Cyber
SOC is the entity monitoring & managing our IT Security alert & incident. The Cyber
SOC is covering the whole Edenred Group & support local teams to respond to various alerts or incidents from the qualification to the resolution.

As Security Operations Expert, you will be in the Heartbeat of Edenred IT Security. The Security Operations Expert is a key element of respond in case of Alert or IT Security incident. Daily you will have to manage tasks and deliverables handled by Cyber
SOC and quickly react to different type of case. Application Events, Infrastructure events, we are dealing with more than 100 use cases today. Part of your activities will also be to add new detection use cases to finetune our alert management.

Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

The Security Operations Expert will be reporting to the Head of Edenred Cyber
SOC.

You will:

Manage alerts & Incidents coming from Edenred SIEM on a daily basis.

Support the reaction plan of local team & ensure the threat is contained efficiently.

Support the implementation of remediation plan in accordance with Edenred IT Security policies.

Lead implementation of new detection use cases in the SIEM, increasing our capabilities of detection & reaction.

Support application teams to identify potential threat scenario on business process or product.

Developing and implementing standard technical procedures (runbooks) to be used by the team for the

- day operations.

Support the hiring process by conducting technical interviews.

Trainer in internal community development programs or run standalone training sessions for the Cyber
SOC analysts.

Depending on your background, you will also be part of other topics addressed by the Global Information Security team, such as penetration testing, incident simulation or architecture design.

You will be a key element to respond to attacks encountered by Edenred.

Required skills & profile

Experience

5+ year of experience in IT Security alert or IT Security incident management.

Nice to have:

Experience as analyst in a Cyber
SOC

Experience in any of the following: Splunk, Proofpoint, Forcepoint, Crowdstrike, Microsoft EDR, Active Directory, F5 Firewall Cortex XSOAR, Jira

Languages:

Mandatory: English - Current team split between Paris and Bucharest – many interactions with other regions - all meetings and deliverables must be in English

Nice to have: Spanish, French or Portuguese

Soft Skills:

Rigorous and ability to track actions till closing

Ability to analysis details and report summary
