Responsibilities of the job:*Manage a portfolio of customers for accounts receivable specific activities*Accurately investigate, clarify and allocate incoming payments*Initiate communication via
- mail with the customers to ensure maintenance of their accounts*Perform posting of invoices, recurring bookings,
- offs and individual allowances*Ensure timely and accurately direct debit process, including SEPA mandates activation and clarification of return direct debits*Assist with
- end closing activities*Execute and document internal controls as per the agreed SLAs and internal procedures*Trains and coaches new Joiners on the job, acting at the same time as the go to expert for critical situations/escalations;*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality*Support performance and process reviews for internal and external customers by providing root cause analysis and preventive action plans

Requirements

Requirements of the job:*Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred*1 -3 year relevant experience in finance & accounting area*Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module, is a plus;*Advanced Czech level (min B2+); intermediate English;*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc. );*Customer orientation *Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;*Proactive and able to work with tight deadlines*Strong attention to details, numeracy and analytical skills*Ability to work independently and adapt to a
