Senior Agile Coach (f/m/div)

We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Agile Coach to join our team in Bucharest!As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be embedded in a global Agile Centre of Excellence and, with your colleague at the Bucharest site, will help drive agile activities for the local site and first mostly globally. You’ll support managers, teams and organizational units in change and transformation projects from the initial inquiry through to debriefing. You will coach them in an agile way to more impact for the whole organization.
In your new role, you will:

- how to establish lasting relationships and networks, contributing to a good team atmosphere, cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university degree with an economic and technical understanding
A minimum of 5 years of experience as Agile Coach with especially experience in guiding leaders and managers
Knowledge of several agile frameworks and methods and a dedicated education in systemic coaching
The ability of understanding the grade of maturity of the organization to implement the right offerings at a time
A

- looking way of working paired with an empathetic approach to different convincing appearances
Teamwork spirit and are willing to travel locally and abroad
Fluent English skills, German is a plus
