We aim to establish ourselves as a
- tier consumer products company and are currently seeking an Amazon Account Manager to join our team.
The Amazon Account Manager will focus on actively monitoring and optimizing our Amazon seller account, ensuring maximum listing visibility, improved conversion rates, and account health maintenance. This role is operationally focused, with responsibilities including product performance analysis, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
The Account Manager will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and
- functional teams to achieve optimal SKU performance on Amazon.
- Maintain and optimize product listings for accuracy, visibility, and conversion potential.
- Regularly update product details, images, and other listing elements to achieve optimal CTR and CVR metrics.
- Upload all content types on Amazon, including images, videos, A+, and A++ content.
- Create optimized listing copy using AI tools and SEO best practices.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, including A/B testing for titles, images, and backend search terms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex listing issues, collaborating with Amazon Support to minimize disruptions.
- Continuously monitor SKU performance metrics and improve keyword rankings and conversion rates.
- Conduct
- depth data analysis to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps. - Analyze data and market trends to provide actionable insights for sales growth and profitability.
- Optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and budget allocation strategies using advanced tools (e. g. , Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout).
- Implement dashboards and regular reporting structures to track KPIs and ensure
- driven decisions.
- Handle daily operational tasks, including resolving account health issues and managing listing suspensions.
- Manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
- Open cases with Amazon to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Fulfill Merchant Fulfilled (MFN) orders efficiently.
- Work with product development teams to provide market insights and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with customer service specialists to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage pricing, deals, and promotions while adapting strategies to market trends.
- Maintain a promotional calendar and analyze promotional performance for maximum ROI.

- Create images using tools like Mid

GPT. - Post 7 images weekly for 4 categories.
- Create images using tools like Mid
- Copywriting:
- Craft optimized titles and bullets for product listings, targeting 20+ per quarter.
- Asset Uploading:
- Upload titles, bullets, images, EBC, and comparison modules to storefronts.
- Conversion Rate Growth: Increase conversion rates by +1. 5% compared to the previous year.
- Market Share Growth: Maximize market share and profitability for each product.
- Keyword Ranking: Achieve and maintain
- 5 positions for primary keywords. - Issue Resolution: Resolve listing issues within 48 hours.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct
- weekly competitor reviews and adjust listings accordingly. - Account Health Score: Maintain an AHR of 1000 or higher.
About You
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts with expertise in catalog management and keyword optimization.
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, case management, and operational tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive
- solver with the ability to thrive in
- paced environments.
- Available to work 8 AM 12 PM EST.
- Dedicated to personal and professional growth.
- High-speed wired internet (DSL or Fiber).
- Backup internet (Wi-Fi LTE).
