• 5+ years of professional backend development, specializing in Node. js and Type
  Script for
  - traffic applications

• Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable system architectures and building
  - grade RESTful APIs

• Advanced proficiency with Postgre
  SQL and Elasticsearch for complex data management and search optimization

• Strong experience implementing Redis caching solutions and Rabbit
  MQ message queuing systems

• Strategic understanding of Nginx and infrastructure management that elevates team capabilities

• Track record of implementing comprehensive testing strategies and maintaining high code quality standards

• Natural collaborative spirit, finding joy in code reviews and
  - functional innovation

• Agility in
  - paced environments, with proficiency in project tools like Jira

• Passion for emerging technologies and their transformative potential

The interview process

1. Initial call with the people team to understand your motivation (30 minutes).
   
2. Technical interview with our Tech Lead to assess your technical skills (90 minutes).
   
3. Meet the CTO (45 minutes).
