How you’ll make an impact: We are seeking a fast learning, analytical thinking and well self organized individual to join our Billing & Finance Systems Operations Support team. In this role, you will contribute to providing the billing data to the accounting teams and to implement significant improvement projects planned for the coming years. This is a
- term 24-months maternity leave coverage role. What you’ll do: Provide financial information, reporting & analysis to all stakeholders Work with the Finance team to ensure all required data is set up correctly and available in the systems Act as a liaison between various groups to process requests that may have a cross functional impact Identify areas for improvement in either business processes or in the system Troubleshoot issues relating to billing data from the internal systems Work closely with areas of the business such as Operations, Internal Applications and Finance to support issues related to the Financial Close Cycle and subsequent reporting Work closely with the Internal Applications Team to process requests that may require technical or configuration related changes that may impact the financial/commercial data Participate to the designing, testing and documentation of new developments in the financial system applications, as well as, assist with
- end and routine maintenance tasks in the system Document test plans for new developments or data fixes in the billing/financial applications What you’ll need: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Cybernetics, Economic Engineering, or a related field. Financial analysis, accounting, business analysis, commercial engineering, or related experience Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and to multitask Customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and business units. Experience supporting and partnering with geographically dispersed stakeholders and team members. Able to organize and prioritize with guidance; work independently or within teams. Curious, flexible, open to change and proactive A keen eye for details Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
