Position Overview:
The Senior Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy, driving brand growth and market positioning. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a robust background in brand management, capable of leading strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and overseeing brand promotion efforts to meet the company’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Management:
Partner with top management to formulate and achieve the company’s- term,

- term brand objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and annual plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and budgetary constraints. Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to propose strategic directions for brand growth over the next 3-5 years. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of brand activities, providing recommendations for optimization and course corrections.
Brand Operations:
Design and execute brand plans, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and alignment with overall business objectives. Regularly evaluate brand performance, sales data, and marketing outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as necessary. Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to adjust brand strategies in response to changing dynamics.Brand Promotion and Public Relations:
Develop and manage the brand communication and promotion plan, enhancing brand visibility and perception. Oversee the creation and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it reflects the brand’s image and values effectively. Coordinate the production of content for social media platforms and other marketing channels to drive brand engagement. Negotiate and manage PR and media advertising contracts, in collaboration with the General Director and Financial Director.Visual Identity and Internal Communication:
Create and uphold the company’s visual identity standards across all branding materials and communications. Ensure that all internal and external communications are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and messaging standards. Draft and manage press releases and other external communications, subject to approval from the General Director.Partnerships and Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including advertising agencies, content creators, influencers, and other brand communication partners. Participate in client, partner, and supplier interactions to enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation.Required Skills and Qualifications:
